AllLeaks provides an aggregated index of publicly accessible content information from third-party platforms. We do not host, upload, or store the underlying media content. Content is fetched and displayed via third-party APIs. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, contact billing@allleaks.app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or mass-download content from the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the Service without our written consent.
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security measures.
Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The AllLeaks platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of AllLeaks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. DMCA & Content Takedowns

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice as described on our DMCA page. We will respond to valid notices promptly.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLLEAKS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
