DMCA Policy

Overview
AllLeaks respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the process described below.
AllLeaks does not host or store media files. We aggregate publicly available index data from third-party sources. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified content and, where applicable, forward your notice to the original source.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or other information sufficient to identify the material on our Service that you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Email is the preferred and fastest method. Please write "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly.
- Notify the affected user that content has been removed, if applicable.
- Forward the notice to the upstream source where technically feasible.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@allleaks.app. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Service.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AllLeaks maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation Warning
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
