DMCA Policy

Overview

AllLeaks respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the process described below.

AllLeaks does not host or store media files. We aggregate publicly available index data from third-party sources. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified content and, where applicable, forward your notice to the original source.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or other information sufficient to identify the material on our Service that you claim is infringing.
  3. Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Email is the preferred and fastest method. Please write "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  • Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly.
  • Notify the affected user that content has been removed, if applicable.
  • Forward the notice to the upstream source where technically feasible.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@allleaks.app. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Service.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AllLeaks maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
